It was another case of the out of proportion black produced crime. Recognizing that is not racist. Ignoring that, as you did, is racist, so screw you.

Are you denying there is a problem?
So you have trouble with reading comprehension? The person to whom you responded didn’t say noting the disproportionate crime by blacks is ‘racist.’ He just pointed out people always jump to conclusions and that there is, as of yet, no evidence that the accused perp acted out of racism. For all we know he could have had a hatred of bicyclists, had road rage, been interested in robbery or rape, was an opportunist looking for a fight who gets a “thrill” out of violence, was in a drug or alcohol induced rage when he came across them, has a tumor or brain damage, or because of some other twisted reason, like a fascination with knives, because he could. We just don’t know his motive yet. We don’t know if he knew them from a previous meet and planned it or if they just were in the wrong place at the wrong time. It does appear he followed them a ways but (Is that his truck? How did he get it if he is transient?) how far he followed them or from where, it isn’t clear.
Nice language noob.
