True but Putin is like Stalin. I don’t see how you can dislodge him from power. He is paranoid and a former KGB agent so he’ll take out threats before they emerge.
It seems like Putin is more like a Tsar. Putin to this point has not shown himself to be an intentional mass-murderer though there are collateral damages to his wars.
