A possible correction (possible as I do not know the Illinois Penal Codes). Mr Nolte says, at the end of his article; "It took three years, but that piece of shit Jussie Smollett is in prison today, which is where he belongs, and his career is over." In most jurisdictions, sentences of less than a year (Smollett was sentenced to 5 months) are served in Jail, not in Prison. There is an emphatic difference between the two with Jail being far better.

The next thing 'possibly' wrong is Mr Nolte's statement that Jussie Smollett's career is over! This I have strong reason to doubt! Like other 'victims', Jussie can forever claim and cash-in on his martyr status of an unjustly convicted Gay Black in the era of Trump!
