It isn’t even a very good spin. The people who have been watching their grocery and fuel bills go up for ten months aren’t going to buy that a two-week-old invasion caused it. I think the media and the Dems (but I repeat myself) are hoping that in time they can gaslight people’s memories into flipping but at the moment the only people who are buying it are stupid enough to have been automatic Dem votes anyway.
As I always say, never underestimate the stupidity of the American people.
