It took the Germans six weeks to capture Kiev in 1941 and the Soviets seven weeks to retake it in 1943. Both sides had far more men and resources than the Russians or Ukrainians have.

“Urgent need for prayer. Right now near Kiev are buses of Christian volunteers from Western Ukraine who were evacuating people.
These buses have been surrounded and are under seige. One of the drivers is our relative. Please send this to anyone you can. Tonight frost is expected below -10° degrees celsius.”
I may not be able to learn what happened next.
This is the third instance group of unarmed Christian’s with busses trying to evacuate elderly, handicapped, and women and children.
They have encountered many wounded and dying, including many injured and orphaned children.
Some of the Christian’s have been shot, including Russian, Ukrainian, and foreign.
As well, I personally have good American friends on the ground in several locations across Ukraine. Some of n.v them long term missionaries, and some have now gone silent for 3-5 days now...
I have reached out to Congressman and Senators, and friends in EUCOM, Molesworth, Germany, Poland, and Romania, and the IC.
Some of my friends in the IC (including a few GS 15’s in DC, who are obviously in sig positions), have received blowback from poc’s at State and NSC, and or careless disposition, when knowledge and whereabouts were passed along, of Americans trying to evacuate Ukrainians -

Today we sent such a text message from the occupation. Not a fake, it’s obvious.
“Hello. Yesterday parents left the village, Chechens are looting and killing civilians. Houses are broken down in the villages, dead civilians are lying on the streets, bridges are broken, they crossed the river by boat.. People are expelled from their homes, soldiers occupy their homes. Under the gun’s gun, the neighbor’s sister was forced to milk a cow and give milk to the soldiers.. This is worse than the Germans fascists”

Mariupol has been under deadly siege as you know. Hundreds of thousands are in trouble. (There are many evangelical Christians there, and I know some have been very pro American).
A number of towns near Mariupol have been erased. Thousands of dead, all ages...

I bet! I haven’t seen CAWW or McGruff yet.
Still waiting for drone footage of the 40 mile convoy. There isn’t enough film footage compiled so far to equal one major engagement and apparently there has been zero damage to any Ukrainian hardware. And yet the Russians whose tanks and armored vehicles have been destroyed are somehow approaching Kiev. Things that just don’t jive. 🤔
