I think this may be why we are told to focus on Russia-Ukraine emergency so they can slip the bloated budget through because they added this emergency funding inside. Now everyone will say, “OHHHH, please pass this bill so that Ukraine can get help.” This is one of the greatest scams performed by our elected officials.
