There are hundreds of bio labs all over the world and hundreds are my attempt to remain somewhat conservative. Not all labs are experimenting for the purposes of bio-warfare.
But quite a few indeed are. One of which would be located in communist China...Wuhan to be exact.

Working with? You mean providing funding for.
My understanding, this sort of pathogen research was banned in this country. To get around the ban...provide funding for this research in foreign countries.
Any way you look at it, it’s scary as hell. Particularly in a country known for cutting corners, stealing secrets and basically our enemy. Communist China.
