Sounds like a Ukraine problem to me.
Redeploying due to new armaments coming in. LOTS of UAVs, ATGMS, etc.
they could have taken them out with the 1000 Javelin weapons we gave then.......probably sold them to the rag heads for a couple million dollars.

By the standards of war, that’s called winning. Ukraine is beaten, 1) NATO is not sending in the cavalry. The EU is impotent. 2) When he started issuing weapons to the civilian population it was an admission his military wasn’t enough to stop Vlad. How do you now expect Ivan to act towards civilians knowing civilians are now armed? No uniforms, a very disturbing line was crossed.
3) When Vlad pulls out ( after negotiations), the damage will take years to rebuild. There are no winners in war.

Glad someone acknowledges Ukrainian corruption. Fact is, many of those anti- tank and AA Stingers will turn up on the black market, to be used against the US one day…..as will all those small arms the Ukrainian government gave away Willy Nilly to any civilian who showed up.
