Thats China’s game, and Russia isn’t China with that huge domestic market.
I hope Russia doesn’t do this for fun and profit, but rather for need, which might possibly be defensible later when they are trying to lure investors back.
Nobody is going to try luring investors back. 30 years of gaslighting was enough and Russia made a civilizational choice. Her resources aren’t going to feed the West.
