UK’s PM warns ‘barbaric’ Russia over Ukraine chemical arms

British Prime Minister Boris Johnson said Thursday the “barbaric” Russian regime was indulging in a tried-and-tested ruse as it lays the ground for the possible use of chemical weapons in Ukraine.

“The stuff which you are hearing about chemical weapons is straight out of the Russian playbook,” he told Sky News, echoing US warnings that President Vladimir Putin could be set on a horrifying escalation.

“They start saying that there are chemical weapons that are being stored by their opponents or by the Americans, so that when they themselves deploy chemical weapons — as I fear they may — they have a fake story ready to go,” Johnson said.

“You have seen it in Syria, you saw it even in the UK. It is a cynical, barbaric government I’m afraid.”

Using chemical weapons won't help Russia, but it will give the US the excuse they need to begin bombing.

White House said to day not soldiers in Ukraine even if non-conventional weapons used. Probably true, they just want to bomb everything.

Odds of this false flag event happening are over 50%, imho.

"Using chemical weapons won't help Russia,"

True will just make them more of a pariah.

But I can see an argument in their mind of using them to intimidate Ukraine. Or using them to punish Ukraine for daring to not want to be subjucated.

Tough talk from British Prime Minister Boris Johnson. Why don’t you unilaterally send troops to Ukraine tough guy?

The Ukrainian army has been decimated, for all intents and purposes it ceases to exist. They have no defense.

A cabinet minister has told British troops and ex-service personnel it is illegal to try to join the fight in Ukraine, after it emerged that a serving Coldstream Guard and the ex-marine son of a Tory MP are believed to be among those who have joined the war.

The transport secretary, Grant Shapps, told troops “you cannot just get up and go” and that Britons travelling to Ukraine to fight risked worsening a “dangerous situation”.

Remember what Russia said about foreign interference.

.....”The Ukrainian army has been decimated, for all intents and purposes it ceases to exist. They have no defense”......

It was a lost cause from the get go. EU was never going to protect it as they hoped and felt entitiled to. And Zelensky misapplied trust that the world would again rescue Ukraine has proven thus far exactly what most officials worldwide knew would never be....and could not be.

“Remember what Russia said about foreign interference.”

Then why doesn’t Russia stop interfering in Ukraine?

Boris Johnson’s record of lying about chemical weapons is impeccable.

West is panicking, trying to cover up the biolabs. They will do anything to keep their secrets at this point.

20 years of serious warnings went unheeded.

This war is terrible, but I will give this to the Russians, they are doing their damndest to avoid civilian casualties and protect them. Ukraine is doing the exact opposite. They stage their gear and operating bases in schools and residential areas and hospitals to enrage the west through the media. This is like Bosnia all over again.

I am not giving an opinion by the way. These are facts. I cannot disclose yet how I get them.

Don’t forget the Pfizer doc release, and Edward Dowd out there pointing out the nearly 9% increase in millennials’ excess mortality coinciding with the vax mandates.

And the relentless pursuit of 2020 election fraud.

Oh, and a ponzi scheme of sovereign debt about to collapse.

Oh I know, the list is long. More important than ever to have each other’s backs because they’re sure trying to stick knives in everyone.

Whatever. Putin has zero right to dictate to other countries and Ukraine is just one of a long list of nations that Pidor Putin wants to control.

The result is more countries siding with the EU and NATO such as Finland, Sweden, Austria, and (remarkably) Switzerland.

Austria is now looking to join NATO and of course Pidor Putin will whine about it. And what’s he going to do other than whine? Nothing.

The idiot has made Russia into a pariah state and not even China is doing much to alleviate the pain Russia is feeling right now.

Yes.

And I’m glad that there’s no conceivable reason for the Ukrainians to release a bio-agent. Because if anyone did, it would be immediately blamed on the Russian forces - they’ve practically been convicted already.

Your beclown yourself with those comments.

You are the clown here, Bulwyf is absolutely correct. Russia has gone above and beyond to prevent civilian casualties to the point of sacrificing their own troops. The Ukrainians have been putting heavy weapons in civilian areas including schools, hospitals and apartment buildings. Using civilians as human shields. Those are just the facts.

Sure. Whatever you say.

In case you missed it, I didn't pick a side. I disagreed with a statement.

You leave no doubt who you're rooting for. I was rooting for the old folks in that car. Did you watch the video? I didn't think so.

If the Russians do it they know they will be blamed.
If Ukraine does it Russia will be blamed.

So who has the most incentive to do it ?
