Harris was the mistress of one of California's most powerful politicians. "Mistress" is another word for high-end whore. In return for her sexual favors, Willie Brown greased her way up the political ladder.

Kamala Harris is a typical low-level California state government executive. She’s incapable of answering simple questions, she’s vindictive, petty, mean, and she’s a whore.
The only reason she isn’t just a Deputy Director for the California Department of Redundancy Department is because she spread her legs for Willie Brown. That’s it.
Former San Francisco Mayor Willie Brown addressed his past relationship with Sen. Kamala Harris in a letter to the San Francisco Chronicle and acknowledged giving her appointments that furthered her career.
“Yes, we dated. It was more than 20 years ago,” wrote Brown, who said he had “been peppered with calls from the national media about my ‘relationship’ with Kamala Harris, particularly since it became obvious that she was going to run for president.”
