Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said on Thursday that President Vladimir Putin would not refuse a meeting with his Ukrainian counterpart Volodymyr Zelenskiy to discuss "specific" issues.
Lavrov gave the comments at a news conference after talks with his Ukrainian counterpart Dmytro Kuleba in Turkey.

One thing this propaganda piece is failing to address, is that it is a reply to Zelensky’s plea to have talks.
Is the Biden regime trying to hold for a false flag that can justify US or NATO involvement?
Or this just a way to undermine a peaceful surrender so we can set up a future insurgency?
The point is that Putin has been ignoring Zelenksy’s call for a face to face meeting until now.
Telling Putin they will shut down the labs, even though they were Russian labs to begin with and were already being shut down and the bio-weapons were already in the process of being destroyed is a simple way to give Putin a face-saving reason to bring his military back home.

Well he also said that Russia didn’t attack Ukraine. He is either completely full of it or totally delusional.
There was an article yesterday that the Russians have presented a written statement of there demands to end the war. And that Zelenzky is giving them consideration. I believe there were four primary points. One was a constitutional change to disallow NATO membership, another that the two breakaway Dombas nations be granted independence, and I don’t remember the other two.
We all know that no talks are going to take place. Or if they would there won’t be any result except the PR stunt for Ze.
No talks for sure. But it would be a PR stunt for KGB Putin, not for Zelensky if it happened.
