3 and 4 are Kremlin propaganda. Nunn-Lugar de-weaponization is the opposite of KGB agitprop. This isn't a US funded weapons program. We take Soviet WMD facilities de-weaponize them, employ their scientists to keep them from working for rogue nations or terrorists, and use them to develop ways to minimize damage from chemical and bio-weapons.
Meanwhile, Russia is bringing Syrian and Chechen fighters to Ukraine. Basically, the KGB does whatever they claim the US is doing. It's class Soviet dezinformatsiya, disinformation. Don't fall for it.

5 is a reason for us to support the Ukrainians without going to war.

In 2003, my company- a manufacturer of mass notification systems for our military, sent me to Cairo Egypt to troubleshoot one of our systems at a US Naval facility (!!) smack in the middle of Cairo.

This "facility" turned out to be a "research" medical facility where they were isolating and keeping level 5 hot viruses...such as Ebola and Marburg.

I was glad to do my job and come home....
