WWIII will start with a massive cyber attack, satellites being destroyed in orbit and under sea cables being cut.
By that standard, this is World War VII or VIII.

He is playing his book, but he is correct WWIII has started, hopefully it will be only economic and diplomatic and not spread world wide militarily. Whats happening is the most serious threat we have faced since WWII. Putin is aging, now backed in a corner, with no way out. He cant win militarily, and will not surrender as it is admitting defeat. Button pushing may be his only way out.

The war in Ukraine will likely end fairly soon.
The economic war between the US and Russia/China is just beginning. The Thirty Years War lasted 1618 to 1648. The French Revolution / Napoleonic War lasted 1789 to 1814. The WWs I & II lasted 1914 to 1945.
So expect this episode of global total war to last about 25 to 30 years.

Thankfully we don’t have to worry about China cutting us off from essential items we need until they know for certain it would be a death blow to us.
