I believe the Ukraine forces have retreated to the cities because they know Pootie is hesitant to go hard on civilians for obvious reasons
Ukes discouraging civilians from leaving....possible and I understand that objective
But shooting them I’d like to see sourcing
I suppose u put defensive artillery wher u have room which would be open spaces
