I totally agree. A huge transition from the cut throat real estate business to the much worse stab you in the back politics where people are playing for power with other people’s money.

In real estate, you deal with a lot of government workers and politicians. They wanted his money, so they were probably very nice and cooperative, and that may be what he was used to and expected in DC. He probably also didn’t realize that Obama had turned the Fed Govt into his personal civilian army.
