The Biden administration is discussing how to supply Polish Soviet-era fighter jets to Ukraine, American officials say, after President Volodymyr Zelensky made a passionate plea to American legislators on Saturday for assistance in obtaining more lethal military aid, especially Russian-made jets that Ukrainian pilots know how to fly.
The White House said a deal with Poland was being discussed that would replace Poland’s planes with American F-16s, but Polish officials seemed less than enthusiastic.

Yep. I’d say any point where the Russians can track supplies from will be a candidate to bomb. Any nation that allows supplies to be shipped across their territory is asking to be bombed. (Think the US bombing Thailand during the Veitnam war.)

Thailand was a US ally, and we had military bases there. Perhaps you are thinking of Cambodia?

Apparently this story has been DEBUNKED by Poland...may have been true at the time, but no doubt once this leaked out, Putin got on the Red Phone to Poland and started his talk with the Polish leader by saying “Remember us...”.
I am sure what really happened, the US Government told Poland to hold and we will work on it.
In other words, they parked this in a deep freezer so that they won’t be transferred till all hostilities are over.
