Just to paint a pretty picture, as I understand it, so you have an understanding of it.
Back during WWI, the globalists prevented the Nicholas II from joining the West by reforming Russia.
Just after WWII, the globalists knocked over China and also established operations.
Fascism infiltrated Western Europe, as a counterbalance to Soviet Russia, so Hitler really did win WWII.
They’ve been making small changes in China to figure out how to create successful fascism, so they have the control and the people submit.
I’m guessing that they’ve figured a formula they like, so they created a war in the Ukraine, with the intent of bringing down Russia under Putin, to establish a Chinese style Russian system.
The next target will be the US, because the US is the only power left that isn’t fascist. Every other country on earth, that matters, has a fascist style government of one kind or another. This would include Canada.
