Went shopping yesterday. All the RUSSIAN DRESSING had labels hastily slapped on them that read “1000 ISLAND.”

Tried to buy some CHICKEN KIEV, but it was all sold out!

Undeterred, I got the ingredients to make it at home. BURNED IT!

I like Tootsie, it brings me back to when I was a young kid. Just watched it.

But wait, we do the same things! Don’t we serve tea? I have never seen a Ukrainian drink tea.
Remember the Boston Tea Party? We’ve been doing the same things as the Russians for a long time.
And that 1776 “revolution” also involved the Polish and French globalists.
“Russian Tea Room”? Don’t believe the propaganda. That thing is in NYC! Practically the second home of Soros and they elected DeBlasio, a commie.
I say let the Russians have the tea room and the whole damn city! I will not spill one drop of blood for the New York neocons.

Our local paper does a feature with new clips from the last 100, 75,50 and 25 years. A few years ago there was a story from 100 years back about the local telephone service cutting a customer off because he spoke German on the phone. He had to go to court to get his service restored.

This area had lots of German families and churches were pressured to stop having services in German, and of course, German was eliminated from the high school curriculum.

All those ex-patriate Russians living there now won’t know what to do for dining outlets with a name change like that.

It is madness. We have media here attacking ex pats from Russia, who still have FAMILY back home, but are yelled at for not making public denouncements.

Probably the very same people who whined about Internment Camps for the Japanese.

You don’t have to roll back nearly that far. Remember ‘freedom fries’?

With Poutine being removed from at least one Canadian restaurant's menu for being named too closely to Putin, I suggested they rename it Frites Liberté.

I've been walking past this place on 57th for years, always wondering what it was all about. Seemed way too hoity-toity and dainty for me to walk into for a sandwich at lunchtime.

I miss the Carnegie Deli that was just around the corner. You could get a decent sandwich there!
