Actually Big Green and environmental zealotry are Anglo-American productions. I’m not saying Russia, China, & Saudi Arabia aren’t spending money on it, they are, but our own expenditures dwarfs their contributions.
The primary people responsible are politicians & voters who support this economic stupidity.
The West could reverse these policies anytime and Russia would be powerless to stop it.
