We need an independent organization of anti authoritarian countries lead by a true independent organization. OAOC that looks for maximum liberty of the people. A true people’s organization that is voted by the people enforced by law via constitutional principles. But that would never work. Too separate from graft and corruption. The people pledging a person to person, family to family, community to community hedge against the DS would be squashed.
That’s not what it says.
The fact of the matter is that agreeing to the ‘iran deal’ was to “LOSE BIG” and a moronic policy.
The author is simply stating the predictable outcome of decades of rotten policy decisions.
I suspect that if the author had elaborated, the article would affirm that Trump made the only decision available.

The Libs hate Putin because he cured Covid. The first hour Ivan crossed the border, the masks disappeared, the mandates were dropped, Covid was declared a seasonal flu, vaxes now expiring on otherwise empty shelves.
I looked up Burns on Face the Nation for October 19, 2019. Instead of promoting his book, he talked about Syria and complained how bad it was Trump was not filling empty diplomatic and civil service positions. Burns said this:
"You know when President Trump was asked a little more than a year ago whether he was concerned about a record number of senior vacancies in the State Department, he said, "no not really because I'm the only one who matters."
I thought the President was the one who made the final decision. When Obama got involved in Syria, he handed it over to Biden who managed to get CIA backed rebels fighting U.S. Army backed rebels. So much for career diplomats and civil servants keeping Presidential administrations from doing dumb things. Trump had to get us out of Syria in spite of the state department and military stalling him.
Burns assumed head of the CIA of March of last year. Look where all his experience on Russia helped get us.
Remember the two main rules of U.S. politics:
Democrats accuse others of what they have done.
If Democrats did not have double standards they would not have any.
Trump is socialism’s boggyman and for the DNC he is the one deserving of hatred from the you know so selfdesignated nice people who hate republicans, God, babies, oil, gas, whites, America, etc. All the DNC has is hate.
Yup. And I’ve had it up to my eyeballs with all the clamoring here for Ukraine. Russia and Ukraine are two scorpions in a bottle and we should stay far away from this.
Let Europe handle it.
