She was high on drugs. Every State of the union for some reason she gets high on cocaine. At least that's my theory which I got from my niece who is a drug counselor and says every state of the union Pelosi displays all the symptoms of being high on cocaine, the jaw chomping, lip smacking, bizarre arm and hand movements. I believe it 100% and nobody is demanding she take a drug test.
