In the old days, immigrants to America would try their best to assimilate. For example, the children of a Polish immigrant would call themselves “Polish Americans”. And the grandchildren? They were just Americans.

Well, duh. Who in their right mind believed those Afghanis rushing onto the plane had visas? As we expected, they didn’t speak English, therefore were not only NOT translators, they did NOT work for or with our troops.
