Count the number of seconds between the flash of the blast and the sound of the blast, and then divide by 5 will give you the distance in miles to the blast site. For example, 5 seconds = 1 mile.
So that was about a mile from the reporter.

What happened to the nightly Gutfeld show? They’ve replaced it for over a week with current news, but have not laid a hand on the other shows. I am furious that they’ve pulled his show for whatever reason.
Admittedly, the Ukrainian war news is important, but why have they singled out his show to pull? They haven’t laid a hand on the other ones.
Gutfeld’s wife is from the Ukraine. Her folks are still there. He’s preoccupied with getting them out of harm’s way. Probably not any kind of a retaliatory move on Fox’s part.

It was Gutfeld’s mother-in-law who was in Ukraine, but he said today on The Five that she was getting out by the help of Fox News personnel. He was very grateful to them, as you can imagine.
Many of us can walk and chew bubble gum at the same time. We can recognize problems in a country while simultaneously understand that the answer to the problem is not another invasion by an expansionist state that wants to act as if nineteenth century style wars of territorial expansion are okay. Stop Soviet, err Russian, aggression first then deal with other issues later.
