Zhivitsky's direct speech: "the conversation with the Russians in Konotop, authorized by me from the military administration, lasted about 12 minutes. I was on speakerphone during the negotiations.
The agreement is as follows: There can be no question of any change of power. They are interested in law and order. There will be no entry of troops. The Ukrainian flag is still in place.
There is an agreement that we will not shoot at them and there will be no mutual provocations. They remain in their positions. The unhindered passage of public transport and services, ambulances, food trucks, and humanitarian supplies will be ensured."
Details: Zhivitsky promised that additional roadblocks will be inserted deep into Konotop.
In the video, the mayor of Konotop consults with residents whether they will fight. He notes that"artillery has been brought on them."
Konotop is about 30 miles from the Russian border. It is now being held by Russian troops, according to Pravada.
It’s a city of about 85,000, and has an air base.
The same is true elsewhere. Nobody has come to topple Ukrainian flags.
Konotop is a small city of 80,000
I only know what I read this is all with about 30 mins ago
LOL, Putin's attempted regime change in Kyiv is not "topple Ukrainian flags".

Brave people
I have seen video of Russian soldiers surrendering but they cannot return to Russia on their own.
I believe Ukraine has decided to extradite them as prisoners so they will not be shot at border by Russian guards.
Many Russian soldiers do not want to fight/kill Ukrainians.
“And God said, “What have you done? The voice of your brother’s blood cries out to me from the ground.” Gen 4:10
The media propaganda on all this is weird.
Does it seem that way to anyone else?
This morning we were treated to a radio interview of a man who single handedly helped his poor family ‘escape the bombing’ by remotely directing them through google maps...with a 10 hour drive to Poland, which took 5 days.
They had a cell phone? They couldn’t google map it themselves? Their phone charge lasted 5 days? 8 people in a car for 5 days?
Has it even been 5 days?
Yes. I have seen same story here:

I visited Russia in the mid 90s. I was invited to lecture on Christian Evidences at one of the colleges in Moscow and met students from the Ukraine.
Nice people. Just like us. There are/were Ukrainians living in Russia as there were Russians living in the Ukraine.
This almost seems like our Civil War, viz. brother against brother; neighbor against neighbor.
It is possible to charge a phone in a car. And you would be amazed at how many people can be crammed in a car if there is a great incentive to do so.
I always charge my phone in my car.
Dude.

Made in China. Sold in Ukraine, too.
Russia is not in the Ukraine to occupy. How many times can Putin say it. He’s there to rid the place of the NWO. NATO, the EU and the Biden regime are the NWO. They have been using the Ukraine like a $2 hooker.

Very doubtful. If Putin wanted Zelensky gone that would be front and center in the negotiations.
I have read comments complaining about pro-Putin posts. Until reading yours, I really hadn’t seen any.
I’m asking you to clarify. Are you pro Putin?
