Those are all typical anti-vaxxer misinformation. No vaccine has ever been 100% effective, these vaccines do not harm your immune system, nor do they cause those disorders except in very rare instances. And, no, they do not change your DNA.
You should try to be more imaginative in your comments.
Those claims are nothing more than a variation in claims made against vaccines through out history. For example, the smallpox vaccine was supposed to turn you into a cow. And it was alleged to contain bat feces.
