The United Kingdom will not send soldiers to wage war upon Vladimir Putin’s forces in Ukraine, Prime Minister Boris Johnson said on Tuesday.
Appearing in Tapa, Estonia alongside NATO chief Jens Stoltenberg and Estonian PM Kaja Kallas, Boris Johnson said that while the past week had brought with it “scenes we hoped we would never see again” in Europe, he would not send British forces into the fray in Ukraine.

The British and European media are Wonked... They are essentially ‘begging’ the UK and the EU to shoot down Russian planes over the Ukraine... I guess they haven’t figured it out... Putin is out of his freaking mind... Giving him an excuse to extinguish humankind isn’t really all that bright of idea.

Luckily the UK is an island. Otherwise in 1940 England would have already been Ukraine today , overrun, blitzed, invaded by German Nazi in a blitzkrieg of tanks, Stukas, & storm troopers. England would have been screaming bloody murder for foreign troops and foreign airstrikes. The Brits should kiss the English channel every morning. That is what saved them from invasion by land. The Brits are a bunch of hypocrites. 4O miles of seawater saved England from invasion.
I don’t think the UK’s NATO allies, including the US, would thank Britain for unlitarally deciding to go to war with a country that owns half the world’s nuclear warheads.
Then maybe they should jump in and call the bluff.
Or spend the next 20 years watching the Neo-Bolsheviks mopping up the opposition in all the buffer countries and putting them back into servitude of Moscow Center.
Don't believe the propaganda. Russians are advancing slowly, and are coiling for an attack on the two biggest cities.

My fear is the US will give them false hopes in the hopes they do keep fighting.

Just show what happens when the Euros have to deal with someone on terms of raw physical power. The Russians are an actual peer rather than some former colonial remnant.
Yeah, there's a lot of propaganda and false bravado permeating on social media. It's only a matter of time until Russia has control of Kiev and Kharkiv and will be able to set the terms for a truce. They annex and keep Donetsk and Luhansk as part of Russia and then withdraw the rest of their forces.
