I know other people have said this many times before, but these truckers could make it bigger difference by assembling at the southern border and effectively shutting it down.

From all I have been reading about the Illinois State Police and what they are planning for any trucker going over or maybe under the speed limit, I suspect the Feds decided the best place to halt the convoy is in Illinois.
Illinois being reliably socialist almost guarantees they can shut it down a long way from their tarnished city on the hill.
Reports have it the convoy is traveling through “hostile territory” - ILLINOIS. State police everywhere.
Why aren’t they monitoring the traffic in Chicago with their crazed drivers going 90 mph on their morning commute?
Strategic Suggestion:
DO NOT STOP AND PARK...
Just keep driving down Georgia Avenue in front of the whitehouse as close as you can get... Honk your horn twice and then exit out on Rte66... maybe connecticut avenue, or both. Go around the beltway and dive into Georgia avenue again. Refuel... Repeat.
