I wonder how long it would take to complete the keystone xl pipeline... or to restart drilling in alaska...
The keystone pipeline carries tar sands oil that is difficult to refine and is only for export. To bring drilling back up and oil hitting the market 12 to 24 months depending.
Only quick supplies would be from the ME and that won’t be quick either.
