The question is: will doing lots of damage get it what it wants? Does Putin believe doing lots of damage can get it what it wants?

Not much reason for Russia to stop, until it starts receiving lots of damage. It takes a lot of damage to the troops in Ukraine to count as damage to Russia.

Why is Putin wasting ammo on hi rise apartment buildings? That’s what I can’t figure out. Or are these fake CGI clips produced in Hollywood to rile up the Ukraineophiles at home and abroad? Hoax News with Bret Baier even played a really badly made fake video of a poor young child being wheeled into an empty ER with the actors forgetting their lines as they poorly acted their way through the propaganda skit.

I think Ukraine News must have a ton of stock footage of gas oven explosions in high rise buildings they’ve kept on hand just for this purpose. You’ll see a burnt out apartment with early 2000’s model automobiles in the streets.
