I think the best they get is complete withdrawal, Russia gets Donetsk and Yuwhateversk, and no one gets indicted on war crimes charges.

The state dept evacuated from the embassy. Pretty sure they are in the US. Don’t think they could get back in. What is normal procedures for embassies in a war zone?
