As of 9 a.m. on February 28, Mariupol and Volnovakha remain the hottest spots in the Donetsk region. During the evening of February 27 and the morning of February 28 (as of 09:00), Russians killed 3 people in the region, including one child, and injured 32.

As the head of the Donetsk regional state administration, head of the regional military-civil administration Pavel Kirilenko reported with reference to the military, now there are battles for these cities. He noted that he is working on providing a green corridor – for the delivery of humanitarian aid, medicines, food, water to Volnovakha, as well as for the evacuation of residents.

According to Kirilenko, as a result of the criminal actions of the Russian troops:

in Mariupol, 1 dead (child) and 15 wounded;

Sartan has 2 dead and 5 wounded;

there are 11 wounded in Volnovakha;

in Lebedinsky 1 wounded.

In the comments to Kirilenko's posts, people massively ask for help and report that a real hell is happening in cities. Citizens were left without water, food and under heavy shelling. The enemy just Level Up is a city with land.
