I've been seeing reporting on Fox News that people close to Putin have said that "something has changed" about him recently. They say this as if to suggest that he's acting now for his "legacy" to rebuild the fallen Soviet Union.If it's true that Putin's demeanor has changed, then why? Could it be that he's been recently diagnosed with an incurable illness? What could cause him to act so rashly, so suddenly, and without regard to what the rest of the world thinks?
