Vladimir Putin's closest advisers appeared perturbed when he dropped his bombshell about readying nuclear weapons yesterday.
The expressions of army general Valery Gerasimov and defence minister Sergey Shoygu were caught on camera as the Russian president put his atomic arsenal on stand-by.

Interesting question. No one new in power will want to appear weak, so some kind of negotiations would take place. Hard to tell.
Ukrainians do not hate "ethnic" Russians: it's hard for them to tell the difference except by language. I would bet there's a language continuum with almost everyone in the far West speaking only Ukrainian and almost everyone in the far Eastern parts speaking only Russian. As you move in one direction or the other you get more and more of the other language, although the gradient might be much steeper around the Dnieper.

You may be correct then. I would guess his father died a slow, miserable death. Something that must weigh heavily on Putin’s mind.

So we have an American President with severe dementia and a Russian autocrat suffering a terminal illness and high on steroids, who between them control 3/4 of all the world's nuclear warheads.
Just freakin' great.

I speculated something like this two days ago:
I've been seeing reporting on Fox News that people close to Putin have said that "something has changed" about him recently. They say this as if to suggest that he's acting now for his "legacy" to rebuild the fallen Soviet Union. If it's true that Putin's demeanor has changed, then why? Could it be that he's been recently diagnosed with an incurable illness? What could cause him to act so rashly, so suddenly, and without regard to what the rest of the world thinks?
Is it more than just Biden in the White House? Does Putin feel that his time is running out for some reason?

Total horsefeces.
Stop spreading globalist propaganda.

Nothing is wrong with Putin.
He is working with Trump to expose the global elites who have used Ukraine as their base for money laundering and child sex trafficking.
