We won’t likely see it in the mainstream media coverage but it’s fairly clear that the Russian troops are operating under orders to minimize civilian casualties. And that’s a good thing, IMHO.
I liked the video of the Russian tanks carefully working their way through the men on the street without running them over. They weren’t hiding in the tanks either, commanders were sitting up exposed in the hatches.
