Assuming this is true and that Putin literally carries out this nuclear option, exactly who/where would he target? Ukraine? All of Europe? The U.S.? How does he see this benefitting him in the long run? Makes no sense. If this is true then Putin has gone mad and needs to be taken out somehow.
