So....they’re going back to the “I ate a bat” or “I had sex with a bat” that I bought at the Wuhan Wet Market theory?
Within 6 months they identified the bat that carried the original virus.

My theory was they were testing the ability of the bat virus to jump to another species. They used the pangolin to test their theory. Pangolins died and they dumped their dead bodies into a dumpster. One of the lab workers saw the pangolins moved from the lab out to the dumpster. He left his shift and loaded his vehicle of the pangolins and took them out to the wet market. After collecting money from one of the vendors for his valuable take, he went home, came down with COVID and died.
