He does not look well. If you look closely at him in these video rants he puts out, while I would not say he is shaking like Parkinson’s disease it does look like possibly he is in the early stages of some kind of neurological condition. Or maybe a later stage but controlled by medication.
His facial and body control is not the calm smooth movements of a healthy person or like he was in the past.
Maybe he is suffering from long Covid?
