Unbelievable! Footage shows Ukraine & Russia Army soldiers fighting each other in Obolon district of Kiev/Kyiv. This is why driver of that 9K35 Strela-10 mobile short-range surface-to-air missile system got distracted & collided with a civilian car!

I am not sure as of now, but at the time of the incident the Russian troops were nowhere near inner Kiev.
9K35 is obviously Ukrainian.
“Spetsnaz” are Ukrainian regulars in the Ukrainian truck shot by the local self-defence after someone said on radio that there are Chechens in the city, dressed as Ukrainian troops.
Couldn’t tell if that was a man or woman in the smashed car...but I really expected them the be dead. Incredible that they survived. Gotta ask...who goes out running errands in a war?
The couple in the apartment where the first video was shot...seemed awful nonchalant.

I may be mistaken but I believe engaging in that deceptive act is a direct violation of the Geneva Conventions on the Rules of Warfare, ratified by 196 countries in 1949.
