YUP; mine was from 68 to 73, 1st Battalion 12th Marines, got called a lot of pretty nasty things both times I got back home.
Last time I got to spend 7 weeks in the Naval Hospital in Kobe Japan, came into SFO and got spit on by some hippy in the departure tunnel.
When the SFO Cops pulled me off him I figured I was going to the brig, instead they led me out and called me a cab.
Don’t know what they did with the hippy, kinda hope they just left him there to bleed.

Amen to your post! Spent my 21st birthday in Vietnam as a proud US Marine defending freedom. Was called a “Baby Killer” and more, sold out by a corrupt Democrat regime, and not allowed to win a totally winnable war, which was never formally declared such.
