No, in communism, the state owns everything. With the WEF, their elite clique would own everything; feudalism, as in the Middle Ages. While the end result is basically the same for the average person, the elites at the top control, AND OWN everything.

The reason I stress the difference is that, to those who are left leaning, they hear someone calling these elites 'communists', they may look much less critically at them, and side with them. Call them what they are, and they WILL look critically at their actions.
