Hit post too soon. As for matching systems up, India was offered the Tomahawk and was so impressed by its performance against AA systems they already had that they decided not to buy it and to team up with Russia to make the BrahMos high supersonic cruise missile instead.
In other words, Tomahawk didn’t do too well against their AA systems.
Correct. It’s a lot easier and cheaper to make something once the other guy has shown it’s possible and even given away info on how to make it.
Time to start a draft...Bidet voters only.
Tragically, it’s a bit late for that. They’ll shoot each other.
Operation Cultural Enrichment
Perfect!
This is the moment to launch some serious cyberwar ratf*cking against Russia. Throw some major bugs into its grid and comm systems, so Vlad will know this is going to cost him.
Are those plywood silhouette rifles there? What’s the point of that?
The plywood “rifles” are used to teach the novices basic firearms safety. I use them here in the US for hunter safety classes for kids. Almost places use plastic “rifles” the plywood stand-in is perfectly acceptable.
Let’s Go, Putin!
An army of 81 million!
Cool. Thanks. I was worrying it was for propaganda reasons - give them out to kids so at night it looks like more defenders and during the day you get a lot of dead kids to parade to the news.
The Russians will slaughter them like baby seals - if they want to. Folly to think these kids have a chance in real combat. Remember the Russians have different rules of engagement than we do.
40 troops killed? That’s a border skirmish.

What a difference between Ukraine and the USA! Except California, New York, Conn and New Jersey.Great beachheads.
You do realize that:
1. The NSA had our cyberwarfare ‘nuclear’ arsenal stolen a few years ago and has admitted they don’t know who by, and,
2. Because of various factors, it is known that *our* infrastructure is woefully underprotected from cyberattacks.
Maaaaaaybe wanna think a couple times before inviting that kind of reply.
Training. Not real thing. Weapons have been and are apparantly being distributed for self defense by govt of Ukraine to citizens.
They will commit many atrocities, yes. They have a long history of no restraint when engaging in civilian population, whether under the Tsar, or the Politboro, or the Russian Federation leaders. Problem is, that creates a bit problem in the PR war, because this will all be televised and uploaded and very graphic, and anyone left standing even remotely giving Putin a pass is going to look awfully foolish.
Yes, of course. He might even be able to use biological weapons or chemical weapons on stubborn resistance areas. Would not that just be grand. /sarc SMH
