A transgender woman who admitted to choking and sexually assaulting a 10-year-old girl in a bathroom stall reportedly laughed at the light sentence she received.
When the incident occurred, Tubbs was a 17-year-old male two weeks shy of his 18th birthday called James. Tubbs only began identifying as a female after being arrested for assault eight years later.

Thanks to George Soros-backed L.A. District Attorney George Gascón’s decision not to prosecute in adult court, Tubbs will face just two years in a juvenile facility and won’t be forced to register as a sex offender.

In the good old days, this filthy creature wouldn’t have made it to court.
The little girl’s family and community members would have made sure of it.
There was a time when miscarriages of justice would be corrected by the inmates themselves. In this case the Bubbettes would mete out their own brand of punishment and would receive extra privileges for their trouble.
The sentence might be OK if castration was part of the deal.
I can see a future need for vigilantes. LEOs should be handling this stuff, but won’t or aren’t permitted to do it; and it cannot be allowed to continue unaddressed.
40 years ago while on a trip to Jamaica I saw a newspaper headline where a legislator was attempting to get a law passed making the penalty for rape...mandatory castration. I never heard whether he got it passed or not. Prolly not.
They are doing what they were elected to do. Destroy the System along with the United States of America.
You did think they were elected to defend and uphold the Constitution, did you? Along with enforcing the Law fairly and impartially. If the People were dumb enough to elect them, they deserve what they get.

Gascon is the Soros-funded DA and concerned citizens are trying to recall him.

Pardon me - I just can’t wrap my head around this deranged society. SORRY! The picture we are shown of this idiot on TV is certainly a MAN and no amount of calling IT a “she” or “her” is going to change it. If IT wants to be a FEMALE, why doesn’t IT look like one? All the other nuts in the news claiming the same thing at least make an effort to LOOK like the opposite sex. Would anyone pay attention to Bruce Jenner if he claimed to be a woman and still looked like Bruce Jenner?

Doubtful he’ll survive this next recall. I heard a snippet on the news this a.m., that something like 90% of the Asst. D. A.’s are in favor of the recall.. The one who has been speaking out about this on FOX is sure brave and seems unafraid of losing his job.
And a bright future. But this is what Democrat voters love and vote for. The slimier and more degenerate the character, the more beloved by Democrat voters they are.
