Since the pendulum is already swinging away from mandates. I don't see what a protest accomplishes. If anything it's likely to cause the Democrats to hunker down in their current policy positions.

So I propose no protest at this time. And a review of the laws, to make sure Biden can't use emergency powers the way Trudeau has used them.

Maybe we need additional legislation that states that

• no emergency powers will be used to silence critics of government policies
• no bank accounts will be seized or frozen related to protests,
• Non-violent protestors who are charged with crimes related to a protest must be given bail
• Children and pets can not be permanently taken from protestors.

That's just a start. Y'all can supply additional legislative clauses. Think what legislation would have helped prevent Jan 6 protestors from being abused. And what legislation would stop the abuses being done by Truedeau.
