I could make the claim that historically Kiev is a part of Poland, ever bit as much as the Russians can claim it. It went back and forth over the centuries.

That is very very true.
That whole dam area was in a constant battle between ethnic groups.

The little Snake fails to mention that even up to the 1600s the Crimea was part of a Khan rule.

The very area that is now disputed is most likely the old Khan Cossack area...as is the Crimea area.

I wish my wifes Granny was alive because the name Rus was most likely a name derived from a name from Finnish. She was a Scandi Fin, Gramps was a Slavic Fin. You can tell them apart by looking at them-the eyes. Psaki is a slavic fin..look at her eyes. As is Putin..slavic They got that Mongolian type eye structure.
