If he successfully gets his way, how soon before he starts nibbling on the various Stans—Uzbekastan, Tajikastan, etc.? And if he does how successful would that be against these Muslim states, some of which have oil?
I would rather have Russia controlling the “Stans” than to see them go “rogue”.
