I bumped the D3 in my supplements stack to 5k / day in Spring of 2020.
Also bought my first Ivermectin back in 2020, just in case.
A word to the wise is sufficient....... An you don’t need any from me. Obviously! High d3 levels are where it is at. I urge for the tenth time for all Freepers to get their vitamin D blood level tested, then act accordingly.
