Well betty(or is it karen) from the naacp, the perp was caught NOT because she/he/them/they are a 'bipoc' alone. CCTV may have played a role here. Ergo, cctv's are racis'................. Now, had a 'non-bipoc' been discovered to be the perp, their life would in fact be ruined for them. The actual perp instead appears to be being protected so not further punish her/him/them/they. Yeah, that sounds equitable.

in the vast majority of cases of this type, the perp turns out to be the person who complained about it in the first place. Nothing is ever done to them, and that’s why they feel they can get away with doing it over and over again.
