While Donald Trump and Devin Nunes are two of my very favorite people in the whole wide world, I have concerns about this.

I’d rather have seen them working on a legislative platform to turn the existing fascist tech companies into open systems, legally classified as utilities, than trying to compete with them on their terms and battlefield.

The courts may be where this ultimately ends up, and would explain the selection of former Judiciary chief Nunes as CEO instead of some tech wonk, but chances are it’s going to be a bumpy ride.

Agreed. Cashing in while the country goes down isn’t a great look.

Isn’t Devin Nunes the guy who tried to sue Twitter because someone online was making fun of him? Didn’t work well IIRC.
