Actually America should be eternally grateful to Russia. If not for the courage, suffering and huge sacrifice of the Russian people that decimated the best of the German army, many Americans today would not exist. If America’s grandfathers and fathers had to liberate Europe from the the best of an intact German army, the number of dead and forever maimed would have been immense. They would not have returned to procreate or build. Many Americans alive today would have never come to exist if not for the Russians did from 1941 to 1945.

Yeah, we should also ignore the Molotov-Ribbentrop Pact between Stalin and Hitler to invade Poland and divide Europe between them, and the fact that Russian bravery was only the result of Hitler reneging on the Pact and invading Russia.

The Russians were fighting for their existence, not for the benefit of Europe. But, yeah - let's be eternally grateful.

No doubt the communist Soviet rulers of Russia were vile and committed many horrendous crimes against their own people and others especially Poles. Yet that repugnant criminal leadership by the communists and their cronies in Russia and worldwide ( which were never properly punished or held accountable), should never be confused with the patriotic resilience of the Russian people. The same behavior and grit that repelled Napoleon ,also rallied and decimated the German invaders. Napoleon and Hitler had no determined or effective resistance other than England except for the Russian people.Americans ought to be grateful.

I suspect Warmonger Nato pusher Victoria Nueland is having a big say in how things go in Ukraine this time around as well regarding Ukraine....

I recall her once saying NATO needs to put bases along' NATO'S Eastern Borders'.....However NATO isn't a country.....but it does go to show how supportive and responsible she is for NAto's grand expansions.

Roughly, the purpose of the NSC is to advise the President with respect to the integration of domestic, foreign, and military policies relating to the national security so as to enable the Armed Forces and the other departments and agencies of the United States Government to cooperate more effectively in matters involving the national security.

We have no horse in that race as it is not a threat to our national security, just the Ukraine’s. It’s a civil war with Russia, having nothing to do with us. The only thing that can come of the Ukraine directly to us is to create a source of dependency on natural gas and petroleum from them that Biden is trying to create while destroying our capabilities.
